2. Purchase Policy
Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors.
Payment Methods: We aim to provide maximum convenience for our customers. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), allowing you to pay once you receive your products (পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন). Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) and direct bank transfers may also be accepted depending on the order volume.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation. We reserve the right to verify your order via a phone call before dispatching.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeline: We deliver products anywhere in Bangladesh within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees vary based on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination address. The exact shipping charge will be calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Wholesale/Bulk Orders: For heavy building materials, machinery, and wholesale bulk orders, specialized transport or courier services will be used. Delivery times and charges may vary for such orders.
4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken during transit.
The product is completely different from what was ordered on the website.
The product is missing parts or accessories.
Timeframe: Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact our helpline (01788162769, or 01830203055) immediately.
Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Refund Process: * If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) or Bank Transfer within 5 to 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items: Consumables, chemical products, cut-to-length cables, and items sold under special clearance sales cannot be returned unless they are manufacturing defects.
5. Warranty Policy
Many of our products—especially in the Electronics, Electrical (e.g., VISION products, LED bulbs, pumps), and Machinery categories—come with standard manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages caused by short circuits, misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.
Claiming Warranty: To claim a warranty, the customer must present the original invoice/warranty card. You can bring the product to our physical store (Shop 25, Janata Market, 160, Nawabpur Road, Dhaka) or send it via courier.
Service Timeline: Warranty service timelines depend entirely on the respective brand/manufacturer's service center policies.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration or checkout (such as name, phone number, address) is used strictly for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.
